Description LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions to Description Modifier. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

How to Request a Refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com (Paddle). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all refund requests.

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to purchase.
• Or email us at contact@descriptionmodifier.com and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank and is typically 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. After cancellation you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
